FTP Login
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is the best way to get your files to us quickly, and it works well for larger files. The procedures are slightly different for clients using MACs and PCs, so we've outlined both below.
For Windows PC Users:
Windows users should do the following on their PC:
- Click Start
- Select Run...
- Where is says Open: Copy and Paste:
ftp.bannersandsignsplus.com/customeruploads - Hit OK to get to the Login Prompt
- Enter "customer" (without the quotes) for the User and Pass
- Select Logon to Connect to the FTP Server
This will open up a Windows Explorer window and you can see the folders and files on the FTP Server. You should create a new folder with your company name. Click on that folder you just created.
Open up a Windows Explorer window or click on My Computer on your PC, and locate the files you want to send to us. Highlight the files on your PC you want to send to us and Copy them. Now Paste them in the folder you just created on the FTP server with your company name.
Once you're files are finished uploading, please be sure to contact your account representative to let them know you've uploaded your files.
For MAC Users:
If you are using a MAC, you can use your built-in FTP software or download the free trail version of Fetch at http://fetchsoftworks.com for your MAC OS version.
We've listed the FTP login information below that you'll enter into your FTP software to upload your files directly to our FTP server.
- FTP Host: ftp.bannersandsignsplus.com
- FTP User: customer
- FTP Pass: customer
- Directory: customeruploads
After logging in, you should create a new folder with your company name. Then find the files you want to upload to us on your MAC, and upload them to our FTP server using your FTP software.
Once the files are uploaded, be sure to contact your account specialist and let them know the files are there.
