Foam Core Signs
Foam core signs are lightweight, economical, and have a very smooth surface, making them a good choice for indoor signage. Because foam core is not as durable as other sign boards, it's normally used for short term indoor signage or displays to keep costs down. Our foam cores signs are created by mounting an adhesive-back vinyl print onto the foam core, which produces a much crisper and more colorful sign than printing directly onto the foam core.
Foam core has a lightweight styrofoam core that is sandwiched between 2 sheets of paper. The paper is clay coated to give it a super smooth finish for mounting your photographs and graphics. One of the key benefits of foam core is that it's easy to cut and have nice, smooth edges. This makes it a good choice for odd shaped signage where intricate cutting is required. It has become a favorite for mounting photographs, directional signage, sales presentations, artwork, and short-term signs.

Foam Core Sign Finishing Options
Our foam core signs are cut down to size for no additional fee. Grommets can be inserted into the foam core for hanging, depending on the thickness selected. We will ship your foam core sign order in 3 business days from the time we receive your order and final print-ready design files, or proof approval if we are creating the design.
